Defensive Tactics Courses

Level 1: Women's Self-Defense Course (4 hours)

Course taught by veteran law enforcement defensive tactics instructor and master martial arts instructor “Rico” Arnaldo Lugo.

Learn practical self-defense techniques against an attacker. From learning where to strike for maximum effect to learning techniques to escape from different holds (such as chokes, bear hugs, and more) this course is right for you. Course also covers basic knife defense, basic handgun disarming, weapons of opportunity, and more!
